A practical explanation of what the current Sponlyra website does and does not collect.

Last updated: 23 October 2026

1. Who is responsible

The Sponlyra seller identified in the Payhip checkout and payment receipt handles purchase- and support-related information, subject to applicable privacy laws. For questions before paying, use the seller contact option on the product page; after payment, use the details on your receipt or see our support page.

2. Product illustrations and account access

The website shows fictional product data to explain Sponlyra’s workflows. It does not accept business records, create accounts, or store point-of-sale transactions. Feature tabs and availability notices work in your browser without submitting information. When a system sign-in link is connected, it will take you to the Sponlyra system, whose account and data-processing terms should be reviewed before use.

3. Purchase and support information

If you pay through Payhip, the payment provider processes the checkout and may send the seller transaction data, including your checkout email, transaction identifier, product purchased, price, currency, payment/refund status and timestamps. The Sponlyra webhook may retain those events to reconcile purchases, review fulfillment, prevent duplicate or fraudulent entries and handle refunds. If you contact support, the seller receives whatever details you choose to send.

Do not send login passwords, full card numbers or sensitive commercial records in support messages. Payment-card collection and processing are performed by the applicable provider, not by the marketing website.

4. Why information is used

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, personal data may be used to perform purchase-related obligations, answer requested support, meet accounting or tax obligations, safeguard payment records and prevent fraud. Legitimate interests and legal obligations may also apply, subject to your privacy rights.

5. Technical information and cookies

Hosting and security providers may process standard technical logs such as IP addresses, browser information and request timestamps to serve and protect the site. Payhip and payment providers have their own privacy and cookie practices. The current Next.js marketing page does not include a configured Meta advertising pixel or Google Analytics tag; this statement must be updated if tracking is later introduced, including any required consent controls.

6. Sharing, locations and retention

Information may be shared with hosting, payment and support providers as needed to operate those services. Service providers can process data in other countries subject to any required safeguards. Records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose, applicable legal or tax requirements, security and legitimate dispute handling; there is no fixed blanket deletion date stated here.

7. Your choices and privacy requests

Where law applies, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to certain uses of personal data, and may have the right to complain to an appropriate privacy authority. Use the seller contact details on your Payhip receipt or the support information to make a request. Identity verification may be required to protect purchase records.

8. Children and updates

Sponlyra is intended for businesses and is not designed for children. This policy will be updated as paid-account provisioning, analytics or additional data-processing functionality is introduced.
